WE NEED THE HELP OF ALL PARENTS IN ORDER TO MAKE OUR EVENT A SUCCESS!
Our third annual auction is scheduled for Thursday, March 14th at our school. It is an incredibly fun evening, well attended by teachers and staff, with dinner, beer, wine, and dancing courtesy of a DJ. We will once again have a silent and live auction plus a Fund-a-Wish. There will also be opportunities to bid on fun outings for the students with 104 teachers/staff. We will also be having a 50/50 raffle, with participation possible from all 104 parents or adults from outside the school. The drawing will happen at the event.
AUCTION ITEM DONATION
Please reach out to those businesses you frequent or are familiar with using the attached donation materials. We have also attached an email template which you can personalize. Email is an effective way to secure donations. Or better yet, ask the businesses in person for a nicer touch. Items we need include: Broadway shows; sporting events; unique NYC experiences; vacation homes/travel opportunities; and restaurant, fashion, beauty, and health gift certificates.
FOOD & LIQUOR DONATIONS
In order to keep our event expenses minimal, we rely on food, liquor, and drink donations. If you have any connections to establishments that may donate, please reach out to them and ask for their help. They will be prominently acknowledged at the event. We also welcome any wine or beer donations that parents can provide.
Auction sponsors help keep our ticket prices reasonable. We have been successful with dentists, orthodontists, real estate management companies, medical services, and other businesses that will benefit from advertising to our large community. Parents are also welcome to sponsor the event and will receive the same recognition. The sponsorship form is posted on our website.
